| 1999 | Company founded in Hsinchu County and certified by UL, File No.E206580, with the CCL monthly capacity of 100,000 square meters. |
| 2000 | MASSLAM Division established. |
| 2001 | Mass Lam mass production inception with a monthly capacity of 200,000 square feet. |
| 2002 | PCB Division established and certified by UL, File No. E253939 MASSLAM monthly capacity expanded to 500,000 square feet. |
| 2003 | Certified with ISO 9001:2000 (certificate number: 03/0167) |
| 2007 | Aluminum-based CCL(TCB) introduced into our product portfolio and certified by UL(94V-0), with a monthly capacity of 10,000 square meter. |
| 2008 | TCB monthly capacity increased to 20,000 square meter with complete product series single sided, double sided and multi-layers. |
| 2009 Jun | Cooperate with Hitachi Chemical to develop new products( super high thermal conductivity products) |
| 2009 Dec | ISO 9001 is updated to ISO 9001:2008. MCCL monthly capacity grows to 40,000 square meter. |
